Draw a line over a known distance — a radio-opaque marker ball (usually 25 mm), a scale bar, or a ruler in the film — then enter its real length in cm. A marker at the bone plane already corrects magnification.
Magnification: 100% (no correction)
MF = SID / (SID − OID); real length = film length ÷ MF. Use this when your scale is at the detector plane (e.g. DICOM pixel spacing) — it removes the beam-divergence magnification so lengths match true bone size.

Predicted Bone Lengths (from height)
Population-average estimates (bone length ≈ a fixed fraction of stature). Individual bones vary — use these as an expected value to compare against your measured scanogram length, not as a diagnosis.
How to use
Tools: V move · P point · L line · M measure(cm) · A goniometer · C two-line/Cobb angle · T text · calibrate · pan.

Goniometer (A): click three points — first arm end, the vertex, then the second arm end. The angle at the vertex is shown with an arc.

Two-line angle (C): click four points — line 1 (two clicks), then line 2 (two clicks). The angle between the lines is shown (e.g. a Cobb angle).

Measure (M): after calibrating, lengths read in cm.
